Splurge vs. Save: Valentino Rockstud Heels

I have been a fan of the coveted Valentino Rockstud style heels for years but would never pay almost $1,000 for a pair of heels.  DSW coming in with one of my favorite dupes!

Valentino Rockstud Slingback Heels $995 | Alright so the quality is there, leather and all.  I have heard from a few reviews that they are a not the most comfortable.

DSW Liraven Studded Pumps $39.99 | How close are these shoes?  I have been eyeing them for a while and finally just went ahead and purchased them and I have zero regrets!  They are gorgeous!  For heels they really aren't uncomfortable, I sized up 1/2 a size for a little more room.  The nude color is really flattering and the studs add just a little edge.  Now I just need somewhere to wear them...

Friday Favorites

Back with a Friday favorites!  These are the things I have been obsessed with lately and wanted to share them with you so you can share the obsession.

Twisted Cable Bracelet: I'm all about a good designer dupe, this twisted x cable bracelet is a new favorite for sure!  I love the look of the Yurman bracelets but that price is crazy high, these bracelets are $20 and I'm obsessed!  They feel great and fit my wrist really well.

Blame it on my roots top: If I can wear my boots I'm a happy girl.  I love my cowgirl boots.  As soon as I saw this top I knew I had to have it!  This color is so cute and the fit is great.  Super comfy and perfect for showing off my country side. 

Metallic snake sneakers: Meet my new favorite sneakers!!  I have been really enjoying the trendy Golden Goose inspired sneakers going around.  These have the cutest metallic snake print and just a little bit of sparkle.  They are really comfy and I have been pretty much living in them!  Don't miss out on these guys!

Rose lip gloss: I just picked up this gloss a few days ago and I am already in LOVE!!  I heard that it was a dupe for the FENTY Gloss Bomb so I really wanted to try it out.  It was on sale at Walgreens so I decided to pick it up.  Y'all this stuff feels amazing!!  It gives your lips a healthy, pretty glow but its not sticky at all.  

Better Call Saul: We recently finished Breaking Bad and needed another show so we started this one.  If you are a fan of Breaking Bad give this one a try.  It has the same style but more of a drama, not quite as harsh and intense as Breaking Bad.  I am really enjoying the exploration of characters from Breaking Bad that I liked, Saul being top.

Splurge vs. Save: Ugg Luci Bow Mules

It has been a while since I have done a look for less post.  I have seen people post about these UGG Luci Bow Mules on instagram and I loved the feminine vibe.  When I saw these pink bow mules from none other than Walmart I knew I had to pick them up.  Y'all these mules are so cute and perfect for spring!!  They are kids sizing but I am normally a 7 in mules and I got a size 5.

Free People Dani Tank Dupe

Guys I found such a great dupe that I just had to share!  I have one of the Free People Dani Swing tanks that I picked up on sale (even on sale it was around $14.  I was browsing on Wet Seal and came across these Relaxation Tanks that look very similar, and they are $5!!  They have it in black and mocha.

Splurge vs. Save: Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac

Love Rebecca Minkoff but don't want to spend the $100??  I found a pretty close dupe at Wal-Mart...yep Wal-Mart.

Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac: This is the classic Rebecca Minkoff bag, perfect for everyday and such an easy bag to throw on with every outfit.  At almost $200 it is a little bit of a splurge.

Vivian Crossbody: I spotted this dupe in store and couldn't believe how nice it was.  Granted it doesn't have the stud details on the strap or bottom of the bag but the other details are pretty close.  For less than $15 you really can't beat it!  They also have it in a few more colors.

New Spring Finds at Wal-Mart (fashion, home, etc.)

Spring is coming and Wal-Mart is popping out new stuff.  They just came out with a new line Time and Tru and guys it is awesome!!  I love taking a walk through Wal-Mart to see all the new products they have coming out and check out some clearance.  A lot of these are also available online, if I can find them I'll link them :)

Guys these jeans are so nice!  That released hem!!  These are all under $20 as well. 

Those star jeans!!!  I am obsessed with these!!  Stars are having a moment right now and these pants are perfect for spring.  They also have a little distressing and unfinished hem.

Pretty embroidery gets me every time.  These are a boyfriend fit and are so cute.

Wal-Mart always has cute hidden gem (haha) jewelry.  When I walked through this past time they weren't so hidden, I wanted all of it!  How nice is this druzy necklace for less than $3???

These tote bags are available every year but they are so classic.  Faux pebbled leather, so many colors and they are reversible so you get two colors in one.  They look and feel really nice and remind me of Madewell...but they are $10.  

This color is really pretty for spring.

This was probably one of my absolute favorite finds from Wal-Mart this trip...does this look like Kate Spade or what??  These dome tassel crossbody bags are my favorite!  Oh and they are less tan $15!!!

If you haven't tried the Ozark Trail tumblers yet and you are a fan of Yeti, definitely check these out!!  We have a couple in our house and they work just as well as the Yetis that we have. 

These tumblers started out wit just silver and then got a few more colors.  I am so excited that they now have super chic, gorgeous colors!!  How pretty are those colors???

Guys, how fun are these crossbody bags???  They would be so cute to wear to Disney ;)  They would also be really cute to throw on just for a fun detail.  I am loving that popcorn one.

Rebecca Mikoff lookalikes for less than $15!!  These crossbody bags are so pretty and they come in all kinds of different colors.  This holographic one is so fun!!

This T-shirt dress is so pretty for spring, the floral print is so pretty!!  This one is less than $10!

These mules are from last season but I wanted to share that they were on clearance.  I actually waited and mine just went down to $5 so I had to pick up a pair.  I feel like you can still wear these in the spring as they are open back.

Splurge vs. Save: Dolce Vita Baz Mule

Leopard is a neutral and I am all about it!

Dolce Vita Baz Espadrille Mules: These leopard mules are so cute, their stitching details are so pretty and obviously nicer than the dupe.

DV Elaine Espadrille Mules: Honestly I think I might prefer the dupes to the real thing.  I like the spot pattern and shape on this version a little bit better.  These shoes have been all over instagram and I fell like they are going to be pretty big for spring and summer.  I have a pair on my list.

Splurge vs. Save: Chloe Marcie Satchel

Y'all know I am all about a good dupe, why pay more when you can get the same look for so much less??

Chloe Marcie: This bag is one of my favorite designer bags, my if only bag...I just could never (ever) spend almost $2K on a bag.  I love the shape and style of this bag and am constantly looking for bags that give the same look.

Destin Satchel: I finally found a dupe that comes pretty close.  Similar shape and details, the top handles are different but for the price I think I can live with the difference.  This one is from Sole Society comes in three colors and is $69.95  These sold out crazy fast last year so pick one up quick!!

Too Faced Natural Palette Dupe for $4!!

I am all about getting a good deal and am all for a good dupe.  No shame in my dupe game.

I love the Too Faced Natural Eyes palette, my husband got it for me for my birthday one year.  I have had it for about two years and it is still going strong.  It is the perfect everyday palette and I pretty much always travel with it.

I was shopping on Forever21 for Black Friday and saw this Night and Day Eyeshadow palette.  First of all the packaging was so pretty and it definitely looks a lot like the Too Faced palette.  P.S. this is $3.99!!

Side by side they don't look exactly the same but swatched they are pretty close.

Here they are swatched, Forever21 is on top and Too Faced is on bottom.  As you can tell the colors are really similar.  Of course the Too Faced shadows are creamier and more pigmented, but the Forever21 shadows aren't bad.  The Too Faced palette is almost $40 while the Forever21 palette is pretty much 90% off at $3.99.  This would make a really great gift for someone just getting into makeup.  It is a really nice palette for neutral looks.

Yetis vs Ozark Trail

This may be old news to some of you but for those of you who don't I just might save you some money.  Yeti cups have been trendy in the south for a while.  If you are unfamiliar with this brand they are travel cups that keep your drink hot or cold all day.  They run $30 and up, which is a little pricey.   

Well Walmart released a couple of Yeti look-a-likes and they are less than $10.  That's right less than $10!!  I watched a couple of reviews on the cup and they work just like the Yeti (maybe a little better).  Kyle has both sizes and they keep his water with ice cold all day, there is still ice at the end of the day.  

These cups are pretty much exactly the same thing, one just happens to be cheaper.

Get The Look for Less: J. Crew Excursion Vest Walmart Dupe

Unless you have been living under a rock you have probably seen the J. Crew Excursion vest in the beautiful herringbone print.  Once fall rolls around Instagram and Pinterest are flooded with pictures of this vest layered with all colors of plaid, sweaters, scarves and boots.  The J. Crew version is pricey at $70 but you can get a similar version from Walmart for $14!  It has the same beautiful herringbone print, no outlined pocket detail but really pretty quilted detail.  For less than $14, its an awesome deal!

Spotted Kendra Scott Elisa look alike!!!

Alright guys I have been drooling over the Kendra Scott Elisa necklace forever, I just couldn't justify spending $50 on it right now...so I was on the hunt for a look alike.

Y'all this H and M necklace is as close to the Kendra version as you can find...and for $4!!!!  Yes it's fake gold and yes it its not as nice but let me say it again $4!!! 

I got mine in the mail and have been wearing it everyday.  It is the perfect dainty piece of jewelry.   

I still have the real version on my wish list but this is a good stand in until I can justify that $50.  Also this is a great way to test out whether you would wear this style.
