Friday Favorites

Friday favorites coming at you.  I love seeing favorites from people, gives me ideas of things to check out for myself.  Be sure and let me know your favorites so I can check them out!

Stranger Things Season 3: We finished season 3 last week and y'all it was crazy!!  No spoilers for those of you who haven't finished it yet.  I am a total chicken and don't do scary movies at all and I'll be honest and say that this season was a little creepy.  Much creepier than the past seasons for sure.  The characters were good, story was great and I would definitely recommend it!

Country Graphic Tees: I did a post styling these tees last week, check it out here.  I am obsessed with them!!  They are so cute and they look really fun and vintage.  I've really been enjoying styling them and showcasing my love for country music. 

Instacart: This has been a lifesaver y'all!  Such a great way to save time!!  I don't always have time to go to the grocery store with work and everything else going on so instacart is super helpful.  You pick out your items and schedule a delivery, the quickest they can deliver is 2 hours.  You then get an update on who is shopping for your order, if any items are unavailable and then when they are on their way to your location.  Sometimes things may be a few cents more and you do have a delivery fee of $4 but y'all I'm willing to pay that for the convenience of not having to go to the grocery store.

Rose Gold Earrings: I ordered these beautiful earrings from Aliexpress and have been wearing them ever since.  I love the simplicity of them and they don't irritate my ears!!

Runaway June: Yay for new music!!  I have really been enjoying Runaway June's new album.  Reminds me a little bit of old school Dixie Chicks.  Some of my favorites are: Head Over Heels, I Know the Way, Got Me Where I Want You Good, Bad and Ugly and Blue Roses.

What I've Been Watching Lately

I love seeing what people are binge watching, gives me ideas of new shows to watch and plus I'm just nosy.  I've got a few new shows in the mix and some old ones that we are trying to finish up.  Here's what I've been watching lately:

One Tree Hill: This show has been on my list for a while and I finally decided to give it a go.  I'm loving the jump back to the 2000's and the Wilmington setting.  The characters are pretty good and the story line is interesting.  I'm only on season one right now but I'm pretty hooked.

Last Man Standing: My husband and I watch this one together and really enjoy Tim Allen.  Yes it's pretty cheesy and goofy but it's an easy to watch and is pretty good for a laugh.

How I Met Your Mother: Yep this one is back on the list.  Y'all I love How I Met Your Mother, the story line is so good!!  If I don't have anything else to watch I watch this for sure!

Cheers: My husband and I have been watching this one for a while now and only have one more season to go!  I am definitely more of a fan of Cheers with Shelley Long, but it's still pretty good.  It's an oldie but the humor is good and the characters are better.

Seinfeld: Another oldie but a goodie.  My husband always wanted to watch this one through so we are giving it a go.  The writing is really good, you can see why it is a classic.

Breaking Bad: We are so close to finishing this one.  We've got about a season and a half left.  Y'all this show is crazy!!  I am such a baby that sometimes I have to take a break and not watch it for a while because it gets really heavy.  The writing is great, characters are great and I really have no idea how it is going to end.  No spoilers!!

Five Things Friday

Alright guys another Friday is here and here are my favorites from this week:

1. How I Met Your Mother- My husband and I started watching this after we got married and we are on season 6.  I love this show!  I love all the characters, the creative way the stories are told, all the ridiculous moments, cute romances, and its absolutely hilarious!  

2. The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Food from My Frontier - I picked this up on sale before Christmas after hearing about it from a few people.  I absolutely love it...granted I haven't had the time to actually make a whole lot from it but it is such a beautiful cookbook.  She is a city girl who fell in love with a cowboy so I love to see the pictures and her journaling.  The recipes look delicious and i love how they are layed out with pictures of each  step.  

3. L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lip Balm, Rose Elixir - I started using this last year and I am still completely in love with it.  I am kindave a chicken when it comes to color on my lips so this one is perfect.  It has a sheer pinky color and it is so smooth and hydrating like a chapstick.  I absolutely love it and it smells delicious!   

4. Rite Aid- This might seem like a weird favorite but I have been loving Rite Aid for the past couple of weeks because they have had such good sales going on and I have coupons on top of the sales so major deals have been happening at Rite Aid.  

5. Cadbury Easter Creme Eggs - Come on guys it's Easter and what's Easter without these little guys?  Can you believe I had never eaten one until last year?  Seriously what was I doing with my life???  I love these things!  I love to bite into them and see this cream that looks like an egg...really weird but so delicious!  I think I might have to stock up on them after Easter.
