Dollar Tree Haul

It's been a while since I have done a Dollar Tree haul and I thought I would share my recent finds.  I love Dollar Tree, you never know what kind of goodies you are going to find!

I saw this sweet little ceramic colander and knew it had to come home with me!  How pretty is this?
I wish I had picked up a couple more!  That's the thing about Dollar Tree finds if you find a good one you better snatch it up as it will not be there for long.
So many good finds!
I picked up one of these silicone beauty blenders to try (side note I hated it)
Two chalk pens- These are pretty awesome!  They have a brand new revamped craft section so be sure to check it out!
I count this adorable wooden love sign, so rustic and cute!
I also picked up two more of the shelf stands.  I highly recommend these for adding a little more storage to your cabinets.  Other stores have them for $5 or more!

My last find were these GORGEOUS canvas pieces!
I couldn't believe these were at the Dollar Tree!  Even the lady at the checkout commented on how pretty they were.  Always check out the frame section for art pieces!
Look at the detail on these!
I have these hanging in our bathroom and I love them!

So good to be back at the Dollar Tree.  Let me know if you have found anything good lately!

Recent Purchases

Time for a little virtual shopping haul!  I love seeing things that people have bought, hope y'all feel the same ;)
Here are a few things I have picked up over the past month or so:
I love gingham for summer and this one was green which you know is my favorite color to wear!  I was sold!  Now it is definitely a little sheer (but I solve that with another purchase below).  It is so cute with a denim jacket and sneakers.  I got an XS for reference and it is still super roomy.

I have been wearing this hoodie pretty much non-stop since I got it.  It is so soft and lightweight, perfect for summer nights or freezing in the air conditioning.  It is perfectly slouchy and the pattern is so cute with little suns all over it.  These are on sale right now for $9!

Belk was having a really good sale and I managed to pick up my favorite sweatshirt in a different style.  My mom got one of these sweatshirts for me for Christmas and I love it!  I knew I wanted another one so I picked up this cactus embroidered one for $9.  So crazy soft and relaxed.  I get mine in a medium and they are perfect for leggings.  I seriously live in mine in the fall and winter.
Would you believe that I didn't have a classic pair of closed toe nude heels?  I have a few open toe options and of course the fabulous studded heels but not the classic standby.  DSW has been having the craziest sales for months and this one was AWESOME!  They had 60% off a select collection of shoes and accessories.  These shoes were already on sale and the discount brought them to $4.80!?!  I also had a reward for $5 plus you get free shipping if you are a rewards member so I picked up these for FREE!

Side note if you aren't a rewards member sign up here!  It's totally free and you are then able to earn points, I get coupons in the mail pretty often plus you get free shipping.

The heels are so pretty, I love the side cutout detail and they have some cushion on the inside so they are going to be comfy.

Since moving I have also started working from home (actually not due to COVID) I figured I needed to get a little more serious with my workspace and first up was a chair.  I wanted one that was pretty but also comfy and this one fit the bill.  It is simple and also not bulky so it actually fits under my desk.  It is also really comfy and less than $100!

Alright here is my answer for the sheer dress.  I have a few other slips but they all were too long or just not right for the outfit.  I decided to go ahead and pick this one up as I know it will be helpful with other outfits as well.  Just a good basic everyone should have in their wardrobe.

Yet another crazy DSW sale find!  I had actually been eying these shoes a few months ago and thought they were so cute but I didn't want to pay the $50+ price tag.  They had a sale were a selection of shoes were marked at $14.99 and under...y'all these were marked at $9.99!  I couldn't believe it!  They are so cute and will be perfect for finishing up the summer and heading into fall.  I'm telling y'all don't pay full price at DSW they are ALWAYS having some kind of sale!

I FINALLY got my hands on these tops!  Walmart had them last year and I missed out.  They brought them back this year and I jumped on them!  They are such a good Free People dupe and they are only $13!  I picked up the white and this charcoal gray color and got them in a size small.   I can't wait for the weather to cool down a little bit to get the chance to style them!

Let me know what things you have picked up lately!

Recent Finds

When you can't go out and go shopping you spend way too much time online shopping, tell me it's not just me.  Here are some of my purchases from the beginning of quarantine to now.

Madewell Boardwalk Sandals | You really can't go wrong with these real leather classic sandals.  I saw @emily_soto wearing them and I want pretty much everything she shares.  They are already on sale for $19.99 but they are doing an extra 30% off.  Make sure you sign up to be a Madewell Insider and you get FREE shipping!  Being real leather they do take a little bit to break in but once they do they are like butter.

Wild Fable High Rise Mom Jeans | All the girls at work were wearing mom jeans so I decided to give them a go.  This pair is an affordable way to try out the trend.  I like the overall look but I need to give them a little styling session and figure out the best way to wear them.  Let me know your styling tips for mom jeans down below!

Charm Detail Hoop Earrings | I picked up these during a Target sale and have been wearing them all the time!  I love the charm detail, so dainty and fun!  They are under $10 and so light and pretty!

Studded Heels | Second pair of shoes and I'm not done yet.  I have been eying these heels for months, they are such a great designer dupe.  I picked them up during a DSW sale (which they are having SO many right now!) and can't wait to have somewhere to wear them to!

Espadrille Wedges | These are my new go to summer shoe for dressing up a look.  They are such a great dupe for the Chloe espadrilles.  I love the eyelet detailing!  DSW is having really crazy sales all the time right now so if you have your eye on them snag them now!

Power Scrubber | Switching gears from heels to a scrubber...that's me.  I saw someone talk about this on instagram and thought it would make cleaning our shower tiles so much easier!  It is less than $20 and is a time saver!

Have you made any quarantine purchases lately?  Let me know what you have picked up down below!

Black Friday Haul 2019

Late as per usual...I've got a serious case of the Christmas busies and blogging took a back burner.
Alright it's haul time!  I spent quite a lot of time perusing the sales online this year and managed to find a few deals I wanted to share.  I also picked up a few gifts that I'm not going to share so I don't spoil any secrets.
Star Patch Sneakers: I've been eyeing Shein's Golden Goose dupes for awhile and decided to pick these up on deal for $19 over Black Friday.  I'm pretty impressed, they are a butter soft material and super comfy.  I've been wearing them pretty regularly since I got them and no complaints.  Sizing info, I'm typically a 6.5 and got a 38.

Cross coin necklace:  I'm always down for a fun layered necklace, add a cross and some coins for less than $2 and I'm sold.

Leopard headband: I needed a fun hair accessory for perking up my bad hair days or days when I just don't want to do my hair, this one was $1 and I think it will work out perfectly.

Workout leggings: I always need more workout leggings!  Forever21 had a great sale of 50% off sale and then an extra 40% off, I snagged these for $4.  Even if they are mediocre quality they will get the job done.

Happy Camper top: I always love a cute graphic top.  This vintage look "Happy Camper" long sleeve tee was $4 and too cute to pas up.

Floral peplum top: Peplum and Floral???  This top is pretty much me.  It was a little more pricey at $7 but as soon as I saw it I knew I had to pick it up.  It will be so cute on its own or layered up with a jacket or cardigan.  I'm obsessed with that muted floral and of course the flirty peplum.

Hair bow scrunchies: I picked these scrunchies up and have already received so many compliments!  They are perfect for dressing up an ordinary hair day and at just $3 for the set you really can't beat it!

Sheet set: When sheets are on sale for $10 you just pick them up.  I mean can you really ever have too many sheets??

Designer inspired key pouch: I've been eying these for a while, so perfect for carrying cash, cards and more on my keys!  I picked this one up for $3 and am really impressed.

Cross chain choker necklace: At $2 I pretty much had to have this cross chain necklace.  I love the simplicity of this one.

Striped hooded top: Perfect basic top, super comfy and great for everyday.  Plus this one was $3 so it was a must.

Faux leather leggings: Alright so I picked these up for $22 as a Spanx alternative.  I still haven't bite the Spanx bullet yet.  These are pretty good, they look really pretty on and suck you in.  They aren't completely opaque but get you that same look for less.

Printed scarf: This was a buy on a whim, I can't wait to tie this to my bags and add a little pizazz.  For $1 I thought it was a fun accent.

Wallet: I'm always looking for a good small wallet to use for my little bags.  This designer inspired one was $3 and looks so chic!

Leopard sneakers: I was really feeling the Golden Goose dupes this go-around.  I picked up this leopard pair for $14 and used some coupons that brought them down to $8!  Y'all the quality is pretty good.  They are really comfy and are so cute!  Another one I recommend sizing up 1/2 a size, I got a 38.

That's my Black Friday Haul for 2019, I picked up some pretty great finds.  Let me know what you found!!

I'm gonna go ahead and admit that Nordstrom is not my first place to go shop, it's a little out of my budget for everyday. I perused the site and found a few items that I feel are worth a splurge or are just a pretty good deal, all under $65.  There are some really good prices on some of my favorite brands: Kendra Scott, BlankNYC, Adidas, Spanx, Kate Spade and more!
