Styling Graphic Tees: Western Chic Take

Y'all know I am a country music lover, I love old country and new country.  It is most definitely my music of choice.  I stumbled on these awesome graphic tees from Cut from the Heart on etsy and fell in LOVE!!  I love a graphic tee, easy to wear, cute and still comfy.  I thought I would share how I styled these tees, with a little western flair.  These looks are definitely my style for day to day but they would also be really cute for a country concert or county fair.

This top might be my favorite, first of all it's funny, second I love the vintage graphic.  I love pairing a graphic tee with a colorful kimono to add a little boho vibe.  These fringe tassel sandals add that western touch.  

With the guitar print I wanted to go a little more edgy.  I added these western buckle sandals and one of my favorite turquoise fringe necklaces from Montana Silversmith.  

I also threw on a fun western printed belt for a little extra detail. 

Complete George Strait junkie here!  I love the print on this one!  I paired it with my favorite squash blossom necklace, tassel sandals and my vintage cowboy boot Dooney and Bourke.

 

How cute is this purse??  I wanted it for years and found it on poshmark for a crazy steal.  So cute for a concert or fair.

Jewelry Junkie Styling

A touch of turquoise and you have my attention.  I love the western feel turquoise and stones add to an outfit.  Raised on a beef cattle farm, I love pieces that give that cowgirl vibe.  I recently discovered The Jewerly Junkie, a Texas based company creating beautiful jewelry pieces that have a western boho vibe.  I'm all about them!

I picked up three pieces from them and had so much fun styling and adding a little boho touch to my outfits.

This white turquoise slab necklace is so easy to add to an outfit.  It is gorgeous and also surprisingly comfortable to wear.  The back is a leather cord so it sits nicely on your neck.  I wanted the necklace to pop so I styled this one pretty simply over a black tank. 

How pretty is that stone???  This regalite slab cuff is gorgeous!  Bracelets can be hard for me since I have smaller wrists but this one adjusts and actually fits!  Again I wanted the bracelet to stand out so I paired it with a simple shirt, jeans and my favorite booties.

My last piece was this turquoise multi-cross necklace.  Give me all the turquoise!!!  This piece is a stand out and I love the versatility.  You can double it up or wear it long and layer with other pieces.  I can't wait to try out other styles.

I wanted to play up the western vibe so I paired this one with an embroidered tank and cardigan.

Style with a Purpose: Beaudin Handbags

I recently discovered Beaudin, a luxury leather goods store on etsy.  Beaudin was founded by a mother and daughter team, which I love!  Each piece is designed to liberate and inspire by providing a portion of the sales to reach, rescue and restore those in sex slavery.  They also provide training and employment for those in difficult situations.  Getting a beautiful bag while helping women, that is something I can get behind.

They sent me this beautiful leopard print crossbody that I immediately fell in love with!  Such a great size and it feels so luxurious.  I wore it all over on our spring break getaway.

They also sent over this gold speckled cowhide wallet.  How gorgeous is this??  So perfect for storing your essentials.

Cracker Barrel Haul: 80% Off Clearance

Kyle and I went to Cracker Barrel for an after church lunch, which was delicious by the way!  As we were walking in I saw the flash of a red sign and heard the clearance section calling.  

The clearance was marked at 80% off, this is the highest discount I have ever seen them do.  I have only ever seen 70 taken...so we went a little crazy.

This ring dish was $1.60 and perfect to keep around for a gift.

This rooster spoon rest was adorable and I'm planning to give it to my Mom (hopefully she won't read this...)  It was  $2.00.

This was another item I am saving for a gift, I really like to gift stockpile.  at less than $3 it was a great deal.

This syrup was a little over $1 and we couldn't pass it up.

At less than $2 this jam was a must try.  They have a new burger on the menu featuring this jam.

I had noticed the Reba collection a few months ago and loved it.  So finding it on clearance I had to have it!  I ended up stacking these bracelets for Stagecoach to add a western flair.  They were less than $4 for the set.

These crystal earrings were so pretty and at $2 I thought they were a perfect piece to add to an outfit.

Y'all I hit the jackpot on the clearance here!  Seriously I will be checking Cracker Barrel more often to see there deals.  If anyone knows their clearance schedule please let me know!!

My Stagecoach Experience

I had the chance to go to Stagecoach this past month.  If you are unfamiliar with stagecoach (I was before now) it is a three day country music festival.  I love country music, it will forever have my heart.  I could not have been more excited!  

The festival was held in Coachella Valley in Palm Springs (the same place where they have Coachella, notice the ferris wheel).  I tried to go cowgirl chic with my outfits for the weekend, loved this fringe vest!

Staying in Palm Springs was so beautiful, just look at those palm trees!

Y'all that's Mr. Willie Nelson himself.  Such a cool thing to hear him in person.  His family was there with him on stage and they are crazy talented as well.  Seriously go look up his son.

Brett Eldrege! 

My favorite performance was without a doubt Shania Twain!!  She gave me all the 90's feels and was absolutely amazing!

She brought out Kelsea Ballerini to sing "Any Man of Mine".  It was such a surprise and oh my goodness she is so adorable.

Mrs. Twain was full of surprises and brought out no one other than Nick Jonas to sing "Party for Two".  It was such a cool thing to see!

They had these really cool art sculptures around.  This one was lit up and would change colors at night. 

Elle King was someone I was really surprised by.  I had only heard two of her songs so I was really unfamiliar.  She was really sweet and down to earth, very real.  Her voice is absolutely amazing and I have now been listening to her songs on repeat.  Especially "America's Sweetheart" and "Make You Smile".

Oh and to start the weekend off we ran into Thomas Rhett at the airport!!!

Dierks Bentley!

Dierks has a duet with Elle King so he brought her out and they were great!

It was super dusty and hot but having country music playing all day was my kind of festival.  I loved being able to break out my boots and my inner cowgirl.
