I picked out the 3-in-1 gown in black. You might be able to see the snaps all along the back, those snaps are also all down the front. This makes it easy to access for monitoring, epidurals, etc. The shoulders also snap down for skin-to-skin.
I'm not decided yet on if I will actually wear it for delivery, honestly I just don't want it to get messed up. It is going in my hospital bag to wear after labor, it is so comfy and I love the easy access for nursing.
